Robbie - CEO/ Master Trainer


My name is Robbie. As a professional Personal Trainer for 6+ years, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, muscle mass, improving functional movement, mobility/ soft tissue, and making fitness fun. Below are just some of my certifications and education

  •  University of Nevada, Las Vegas -2015 -Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Minor in Psychology

  •  Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist – National Strength and Conditioning Association

  •   Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist certification

  •   TRX RIP level 1 and TRX Suspension Training Level 1

  •  Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) - Gray Institute

  •   Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 1 certification

  • Rocktape FMT basic, FMT Performance, FMT movement and FMT Movement Advanced certifications

  •   Institute of Motion 4Q Programming Certification

  •  Integrated Kinetic Neurology (IKN) – 2 day IKN approach workshop (Jan 2019)
