WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We supply a wide range of equipment and bring it to you with a specific workout programmed for you! That's one of the many advantages of mobile personal training! No need to worry about having equipment. However, if you have certain equipment that you want to train with, we can certainly use that if you'd like.

CAN WE TRAIN AT A NEARBY PARK?

Absolutely! We train people at parks, backyards, garages, apartment gyms houses, ect.

CAN WE MEET FIRST TO GO OVER MY GOALS AND COME UP WITH A GAME PLAN?

Yes! I'd love to meet at coffee shop or somewhere first to get acquainted and build a plan together as a team.

DO YOU OFFER PARTNER TRAINING IF A FRIEND WANTS TO JOIN ME?

Yes we do! The rates are a little different, but we do service that. We also do small group training, in addition to one-on-one training.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
